Emilio's Pizza, nestled in the heart of the Bronx at 80 W Kingsbridge Rd, is a culinary gem that has captured the hearts and taste buds of locals and visitors alike. Renowned for its generous pizza slices and delectable calzones, the restaurant offers a delightful range of options. The Bacon Pizza Slice, generously topped with crispy bacon bits, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, featuring tangy sauce and creamy ranch drizzle, are standouts at just $5.50 each. Customer reviews echo a unified sentiment: Emilio's Pizza delivers fantastic flavors and welcoming service. One patron raves about it as "the best pizza in the world," while another highlights the friendly staff and the nostalgic feel of the restaurant, having frequented it since childhood. The slightly thicker crusts, a delightful departure from New York's standard, provide an enjoyable bite that pairs perfectly with their classic fountain fruit punch. While Emilio's does not offer delivery, its convenient location invites you to experience the vibrant atmosphere and understates the importance of savoring pizza made with love. If you find yourself in the Kingsbridge area, don’t miss the chance to indulge in a slice or two—your taste buds will thank you.

I've been going to Emilio's Pizza since I was a kid. They always have great customer service, and delicious pizza, calzones, and beef patties. They also accept debit and credit cards! The only downside is that they don't deliver so get your walking shoes ready! If you are in the neighborhood, it's worth a visit.

Really good huge pizzas. Update: Best pizza in the kingsbridge hood. The taste is really good. They are a bit thicker than New York's standard thin slice pizzas. But the taste compensates for the thicker aspect of their pizzas. Still worth trying and constantly coming for. Also accompany your pizza with their fountain fruit punch drink. Some places don't carry those classic drinks anymore. This pizza place still has them. You won't regret even trying it.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, when I ordered several pizzas for a party nearby. The pizza itself is fantastic and well worth their low price. Will consider again, and recommend to anyone nearby.

I haven’t had a chance to try their food yet, but I’m giving this rating for customer service. After my GrubHub account was hacked and my credit card was being used for lucrative food purchases, I called Emilio’s to try to save them the time and product from the fraudulent order that was placed. While they weren’t able to rectify the issue because it was a GrubHub problem, the man I spoke with on the phone originally called me back after GrubHub finally cancelled the order to let me know it had been cancelled and my card wouldn’t be charged. He was super concerned about me and very pleasant despite my frustration. Much appreciated and impressed by him going above and beyond - thank you!

My actual rating: 4.6. 15 years ago I thought this was just about the greatest Pizza around. Then, they changed something or someone. It wasn't the same and I haven't been back since. Until today... Excellent sauce; exceptional flavor. Cheese good but a little on the dry side, (I would prefer an oilier cheese). Crust, both chewy and crisp, with a flavor most approaching that of an unsalted pretzel. That being said, 2.50 would be a better price point.
